GENERAL SUMMARY OF PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The Kiso-Jiban Group of Companies is very interested in identifying new "International Project Development Opportunites" on a world-wide basis for possible participation on a "Consulting Basis Only" primarily in the specific areas of "Geotechnical and Civil Engineering". In this situation, we also realize that occasionally, Kiso-Jiban would not be able to handle the entire major project effort alone, and we would need to contact other, quality engineering and specialty consulting firms for their possible interest.

Depending upon the nature, type location and scope of the project, Kiso-Jiban would be interested in being involved either as one or several of the following companies:
